India Khelo Football Launches “TYGER-IKF Scout on Wheels – Rajasthan 2026

21 Locations. One Journey. Using Football to Unite Communities Across Rajasthan.

Jaipur, Rajasthan | August 2026

India Khelo Football (IKF), Asia’s largest grassroots football talent identification platform, has announced the launch of the TYGER-IKF Scout on Wheels – Rajasthan 2026, an ambitious four-month roadshow that will travel across 21 cities and villages from August to November 2026, bringing football, education, awareness and community engagement to every corner of the state.

Organised in association with the Rajasthan Football Association and supported by Tyger Capital, the initiative is designed to use football as a powerful tool for social development while identifying talented young footballers from regions that often remain outside the traditional sporting ecosystem.

The Scout on Wheels team will travel through Jaipur, Dausa, Alwar, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Udaipur, Nimbahera, Chittaurgarh, Bhilwara, Kota, Pali, Nagaur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Ajmer and Kekri, connecting schools, villages, NGOs, panchayats and local communities through football.

Unlike a conventional talent hunt, Scout on Wheels combines sport with community development. At every location, IKF will conduct grassroots scouting sessions to identify promising footballers while also organising football clinics that focus on skill development, teamwork and leadership. Awareness sessions in collaboration with local NGOs and development partners will address important social themes relevant to youth and communities.

As part of the initiative, Tyger Capital will conduct financial literacy workshops to educate young people and families on financial planning, responsible money management and creating long-term economic resilience. Local panchayats, educational institutions, community organisations, NGOs and volunteers are encouraged to actively participate and collaborate in hosting these activities, making each stop a celebration of sport and community empowerment.

The four-month journey represents IKF’s continued belief that football has the power to create opportunities beyond the pitch by connecting education, life skills, health awareness, financial inclusion and talent development within one ecosystem.

Speaking on the launch, Phani Bhushan, Founder, India Khelo Football, said:

“Scout on Wheels has always been much more than a football roadshow. Every kilometre we travel is an opportunity to discover talent, build confidence and strengthen communities. Rajasthan has immense football potential, and through this journey we want every child, irrespective of where they come from, to believe that they deserve an opportunity. Football becomes the reason we come together, but the impact extends far beyond the game.”

Gaurav Gupta, Founder, MD & CEO at Tyger Capital, added:

“At Tyger Capital, we believe true empowerment comes from combining opportunity with knowledge. While IKF identifies sporting talent, we are committed to ensuring that young athletes and their families also gain financial awareness that can positively influence their future. We are proud to support Scout on Wheels once again and contribute towards building stronger, more informed communities across Rajasthan.”

Dileep Singh Shekhawat, General Secretary, Rajasthan Football Association, said:

“This initiative aligns perfectly with our vision of taking football beyond the major cities and into every district of Rajasthan. By working together with India Khelo Football, local associations and community stakeholders, we hope to create a stronger grassroots football structure while encouraging greater participation across the state.”

Smita Bhagat, Independent Director and Advisor added:

“As someone from Rajasthan, I know that talent is never limited by geography—only by opportunity. Scout on Wheels can unlock the immense potential of girls across the state by taking football to their doorstep and creating pathways to confidence, leadership, and a brighter future. I am excited about the impact this initiative can create.”

Throughout the journey, IKF will regularly announce its upcoming destinations, schedules and partner activities. Schools, colleges, NGOs, youth groups, panchayats, football academies and community organisations interested in hosting or collaborating with the initiative are invited to connect with the IKF team.
